Welcome to kwsuccess.com (the “Site”), operated by Keller Williams Portland Central. By using this Site you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use the Site.
1. What this Site is for
This Site exists to share training, coaching, and educational content for real estate professionals, and to help agents who are considering Keller Williams Portland Central learn about our market center. The content here is informational and educational. It is not a substitute for professional real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Who we are
Keller Williams Portland Central is a Keller Williams Realty market center, with brokers licensed in Oregon and Washington. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. The content on this Site reflects the views and materials of Keller Williams Portland Central and does not speak for Keller Williams Realty International or any other Keller Williams market center.

3. Permitted use

4. Downloadable resources
We make selected resources (such as checklists, worksheets, and event materials) available to download. These resources are copyrighted by Keller Williams Portland Central unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to use them in your own business. Please do not republish them as your own or resell them.
5. Events and training
Event dates, locations, speakers, and formats are subject to change. We do our best to keep the Events page current, but the live calendar is the source of truth. Continuing education credits, where offered, are granted by the accrediting body (not by us) subject to that body’s rules. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify registered attendees by email.
6. Booking a confidential call
Before our booking calendar is shown, we ask a short pre-qualification form (your role, brokerage, market, and what you’d like to discuss). The form is intended to make sure we route you to the right conversation and to keep our calendar useful. We will keep what you share confidential per our Privacy Policy; in particular, we will not contact your current brokerage about your interest in us.
7. Third-party links and embedded tools
The Site may link to or embed external services — including the Calendly booking widget, Keller Williams corporate resources, social networks, and partner content. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
8. No professional advice
Content on this Site is provided for general educational purposes. Real estate is heavily regulated and the rules are different in every state and county. Before acting on anything you read here, you should:
- Consult a licensed real estate broker in your state for transaction-specific questions;
- Consult an attorney for legal questions;
- Consult a CPA or tax advisor for financial or tax questions.
Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action with your business or finances.

11. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keller Williams Portland Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to business decisions made in reliance on content published here.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
