Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Keller Williams Portland Central (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through kwsuccess.com (the “Site”). We take your privacy seriously — especially because many of the visitors to this Site are real estate professionals who expect their interest in our market center to remain confidential.
1. Who we are
kwsuccess.com is operated by Keller Williams Portland Central, a Keller Williams Realty market center serving Oregon and Southwest Washington. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.
- Main office: 919 NE 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97232
- Satellite office: 109 N Main Ave, Gresham, OR 97030
- Contact: AaronHeard@kw.com
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Newsletter signups. When you subscribe to our weekly newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Call bookings. When you book a confidential call, we ask a short set of pre-qualification questions (your role, brokerage, market, and what you’d like to talk about) and your name, email, and phone number. The booking calendar itself is handled by Calendly (see Section 5).
- Free resource downloads. When you request a downloadable resource, we collect your email address to deliver the download and, with your permission, add you to our newsletter.
- Event RSVPs. When you register for one of our training events, we collect your name, email address, and (where applicable) your current brokerage.
- Comments or messages. If you email us or contact us through a form, we collect whatever information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-S16Q552MSZ) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring source. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics events are only collected after you grant analytics consent through our cookie banner. - Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram, pixel ID
1699076914608059) to measure the effectiveness of any ads we may run on Meta platforms and to build audiences for those ads. Meta Pixel events fire only after you grant marketing consent through our cookie banner. - Server logs. Our hosting provider retains brief server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Some are required for the Site to work; others are optional and only set after you grant consent through our cookie banner.
- Strictly necessary. A small first-party cookie that remembers your cookie-banner choice so we don’t keep asking. These cannot be disabled if you want to use the Site normally.
- Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4 cookies (
_ga,_ga_*). Set only if you accept analytics. - Advertising / Marketing (optional). Meta Pixel cookies (
_fbp,_fbc). Set only if you accept marketing. - Embedded third-party. When you load the booking calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies on the embedded widget. See Calendly’s privacy policy for details.
You can change your cookie choices at any time. View our Cookie Notice →
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Send you the weekly newsletter and occasional announcements you have subscribed to;
- Schedule and prepare for confidential calls you have requested;
- Deliver the downloadable resources you have asked for;
- Confirm and remind you about events you have registered for;
- Answer questions you send to us;
- Improve the Site and the content we publish.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We will not contact your current brokerage about you.
5. Third parties we rely on
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Site. Each of them processes data only on our behalf and is contractually required to keep your data secure.

If you click an outbound link to a third-party site (for example, a social network or a Keller Williams corporate resource), that site will have its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.
6. How long we keep your information
- Newsletter subscribers — for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a short archival period. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Call bookings and event RSVPs — for up to 24 months after the interaction, then deleted unless we have an ongoing working relationship with you.
- Analytics data — retained in aggregated form only.
- Server logs — rotated within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (the link is in every email);
- Withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time through our Cookie Notice;
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you;
- Correct any information that is out of date;
- Delete your information from our records, subject to any legal retention obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, email AaronHeard@kw.com with the request. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Washington state residents
If you reside in Washington state — including the Vancouver / Clark County agents we work with regularly — the rights described in Section 7 apply to you in full. You may withdraw any consent you have given (cookies, marketing emails, or both) at any time, and you can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing the contact above.
9. Confidentiality of agent conversations
Real estate professionals who reach out to us about the possibility of a move are a core part of our audience. We treat those conversations with extra care:
- We will never contact your current brokerage, team leader, or manager about your interest in us;
- Your name will not appear on any public list of prospective agents;
- Your booking notes are visible only to the specific person at our market center you have asked to speak with.
10. Children
This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify subscribers by email.
