Cookie Notice
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on kwsuccess.com, what each one does, and how you can change your choices at any time. For the broader context of how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember things between page loads — like the fact that you’ve already chosen “Accept” on the cookie banner, or to help us measure how the Site is being used. We use a small number of them, and most are optional.
Manage your cookie preferences
You can change your cookie choices at any time. Choosing “Manage preferences” below will re-open the cookie banner so you can update your choice; choosing “Reject optional” will immediately turn off analytics and marketing cookies and clear them on this device.

Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Site to work and cannot be turned off. They are first-party only and do not track you across other sites.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
kws_consent_v1 | kwsuccess.com | Remembers your cookie banner choice (accepted, rejected, or specific categories) so we don’t ask again on every visit. | 12 months |
| WordPress session cookies | kwsuccess.com | Set only if you log in to WordPress (admin area). Public visitors don’t receive these. | Session / 14 days |
Analytics (optional)
These help us understand which pages and resources are useful so we can improve them. They only fire after you grant analytics consent through the banner. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode v2.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 (G-S16Q552MSZ) | Distinguishes unique users for aggregated traffic measurement. | 2 years |
_ga_S16Q552MSZ | Google Analytics 4 | Persists session state for our specific GA4 property. | 2 years |
Advertising / Marketing (optional)
These help us measure whether ads we run on Facebook or Instagram are bringing the right audience to the Site, and to build audiences for future ads. They only fire after you grant marketing consent through the banner.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta Pixel (1699076914608059) | Used by Facebook/Instagram to deliver and measure ads. | 3 months |
_fbc | Meta Pixel | Stores the click ID from a Facebook ad so a conversion can be attributed back. | 3 months |
Embedded third-party content
Some pages embed content from external services. When you load that content, the third party may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
| Service | Where it loads | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | The booking widget on /book-a-call/ (after the pre-qualification form) | Used to schedule the call. See calendly.com/privacy. |
| Google Fonts | Every page (typeface delivery) | No personal information shared beyond what’s required to serve the font files. |
Controlling cookies in your browser
In addition to using the controls above, you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- See which cookies a site has set;
- Delete cookies you’ve already accepted;
- Block third-party cookies entirely.
Browser-level guides: Chrome · Safari · Firefox · Edge.
Do Not Track
Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry consensus on how to honor it, but if your browser sends a DNT signal we will treat it as a withdrawal of analytics and marketing consent for that visit.
Changes to this notice
If we add, remove, or change a cookie we use on the Site, we will update this page and refresh the “Last updated” date above. If the change is significant we will also re-prompt the cookie banner.
