Common questions

Before you RSVP.

Are these events only for Keller Williams Portland Central agents?
No. Most events are open to agents from any brokerage, and some are designed specifically for agents at other offices who are evaluating a move. Attendance is never reported back to your current brokerage. Continuing education classes are open to any licensed Oregon real estate broker or principal broker.
Do the CE classes count toward Oregon continuing education requirements?
Yes. CE classes at Keller Williams Portland Central are approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency and count toward the 30 hours of continuing education required for license renewal. Certificates are issued within 48 hours of class completion.
Are the workshops really free?
Yes. Most of our events — coaching workshops, new-agent training, the Team Builders Breakfast, Monday Morning Power Hour, private attraction conversations, and most Oregon CE classes — are 100% free. A small number of specialty CE sessions may carry a nominal materials fee, and that fee is always noted on the individual event listing. There is no obligation to join Keller Williams after attending any event.
Will my current brokerage find out I attended?
No. Attendance at private consultations is fully confidential. We do not publish attendee lists, and we do not contact your current brokerage. Your name is not added to any marketing list without your permission.
Are events in person, virtual, or both?
Most events are in person at the Keller Williams Portland Central office or the Downtown Gresham office. Some larger workshops and training sessions offer a virtual attendance option. Each event listing specifies the format.
Can I bring a guest or business partner?
For most events, yes. The Confidential Conversation and Team Builders Breakfast have limited capacity; please note any guests in your RSVP so we can save seats.
